Responsibilities:

--- Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed
--- Ensuring accurate recordkeeping within the customer database to support automotive sales
--- Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection
--- Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally
--- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales
--- Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies


Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record
--- Bachelor's degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent mandatory
--- Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction
--- Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting
