Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Processing Packaging _.

Seeking Associates or higher technical degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory field service role.

Shall:

*** Manage national field service team.

*** Engage in service support plan sales, service order billing and cost management.

*** Coach technical staff to deliver quality and courteous support in a timely manner creating positive customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*** Enforce maintenance of full and accurate service call documentation.

*** Address customer issues and complaints.

*** Train team to enhance strong customer relationships.

*** Monitor and report metrics.

*** Promote maintenance, retrofit, improvement. parts, services, and supplies product offerings.

*** Maintain and control parts, tools and equipment inventories.
