Unlock your potential! Job Summary and Qualifications The Mammography/Breast Ultrasound technologist performs examinations, with protocols as outlined by the Radiologist. Operates diagnostic equipment, verifying images, and prepares room with the necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure. The Mammo/Breast Ultrasound Tech is responsible for selecting proper technical factors, producing diagnostic quality radiographs, safe and competent operation of radiographic equipment, maintain compliance on all accredited and regulatory requirements. What qualifications you will need:
  • Registered or registry eligible ARRT Required. SCRQSA registry licensure required, BLS
  • Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, Completed Mammography education, clinicals and ready to sit for Mammography Registry; Mammography Registry and Breast Ultrasound experience preferredTrident Health is a 445-bed HCA Healthcare hospital system comprised of two acute care hospitals, Trident Medical Center and Summerville Medical Center and three freestanding emergency departments, Brighton Park Emergency, Moncks Corner Medical Center and Centre Pointe Emergency.
