In doing so, we have developed the right way - the 'Correct Way' as we like to call it - of providing correctional healthcare.Currently, CorrectHealth provides high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive healthcare services inside the walls of more than 35 correctional facilities throughout Georgia and Louisiana.Job SummaryThe CQI Coordinator is a registered professional nurse with proven leadership ability, responsible fordeveloping a facility total CQI program to include; establishing and overseeing a multidisciplinary CQIteam. Possess the ability to develop CQI audit tools consistent with CorrectHealth Policy & Proceduresand established correctional guidelines/ standards. Provides strong analytical, decision-making skills tosupport continuous improvement and identifies and resolves key risk issues. Facilitates CQI relatededucational activities for healthcare staff. Must have good organizational and strong communication skills. Qualifications:Holds and maintains licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
