The Correctional Nurse LPN position offers part-time opportunities during weekend evenings, providing flexibility for work-life balance while working at Jasper County Jail. Duties include delivering patient care, administering medications, and following treatment plans under the supervision of healthcare providers. Ideal candidates will engage in teamwork, critical thinking, and emergency intervention as part of the nursing team.

Location: -Jasper County Jail

Open Position: - -PT LPN Evenings

Schedule: -8 hr Evening shifts 2:30p - 11p -Every Other Saturday & Sunday

Duties include, but are not limited to: -

• 
  
• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s) -
  
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
  
• Follow through with established treatment plans
  
• Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
