  Number of Beds : 21
  Patient Ratios : 5 or 6 : 1
  Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PCTs x 2
  Type of equipment : EHR in room access, Alaris, centralized telemetry monitoring, Hill Rom Beds
  Documentation system: Epic
  Scheduling requirements: 3 shifts/week; every other weekend; 4 week schedule period
  Floating policy: float to comparable units based on skill and experience
  Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, active listening, prompt response to patient needs
