Manager on the Benefitfocus team you will be dedicated to
understanding the needs and challenges our customers face as they
engage with benefits so that you can be their advocate as you
create and deliver experiences that solve their problems and exceed
their expectations. You will work with our design, engineering and
internal partner teams to create engaging and meaningful strategies
and systems that will drive the customer benefit buying experience,
increase engagement, strengthen long term retention, and maximize
value within the platform. We will count on you to raise the bar
with deep customer insights and design fundamentals, as well as a
strong analytical mindset to validate assumptions and drive a
successful business. You will navigate through the complex benefits
industry and advocate for the advancement of our technology to
ensure we can deliver a differentiated and superior customer
benefit shopping experience where they can make decisions with
confidence. You will act as the organizational business leader for
your product and are responsible for functional product definition,
health and driving growth and profitability of the product. This
includes establishing and socializing a product vision that is
backed by consumer research and data, conducting hypothesis testing
to bring clarity to areas of ambiguity, creating a strategy and
roadmap with clear prioritization and supporting the teams to
deliver ongoing product improvements in an agile environment. You
will be a key voice and influential leader with your cross
functional teams including Product Ownership, User Experience,
Quality Assurance, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and
Marketing to ensure execution of a cohesive customer experience.

Specifically, we are seeking an experienced product manager with a
history of shipping products from proving an idea has merit to
delivering and supporting that solution.Profile Description:
- Prepare executive level updates on all Product activities
within their Business Unit.
- Maintain an ongoing roadmap that supports the delivery of the
strategic vision.
- Work with other Product leaders to maintain a common vision
across all of Product.
- Ensure high functional product area health (Usage, Adoption,
ROI).
- Provide design oversight, coordination, and solution
direction.
- Maintain a prioritized investment backlog of market driven
needs for the functional product area.
- Support Buy, Build Partner evaluations to support needs of your
functional product area.
- Act as a cross-functional leader; with Engineering on delivery,
with Sales, Marketing, Care on enablement.
- Build a culture of data-driven decision making to support
investment activities.
- Ensure all Product Manager responsibilities within the
Benefitfocus SDLC process are delivered on time and at a high
quality.Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a Product Manager.
- Minimum of 7 years of software product or support
experience.
- Experience leading SaaS technology products.
- Success defining, launching, and transforming existing SaaS
technology products.
- Technical background, with experience in managing SaaS
solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience transforming business
process, culture and delivery processes.
- Common understanding of CI/CD methodologies within an Agile
framework.
- Must be comfortable presenting to groups large and small as
well as to existing and potential clients in sales
opportunities.
- Experience leveraging data to build business cases and measure
success. Preferred, but not required, experience with Power BI,
Tableau, Qlik.
- Results driven management approach with proven success.
- Working knowledge of the pragmatic marketing frameworks and
ability product and feature launches.
- Ability to travel to Client Sites periodically (once business
travel safety and comfort level are defined at a later date).
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).Compensation Pay
Disclosure:Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable,

responsibilities.The below annual base salary range reflects the
expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s)
listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive
opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives,
and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the
achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this
salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work
within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya
Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.Actual
compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based
upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience,
education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be
finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will
be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be
