The role requires RN licensure and a master's degree in business or a health-related field, with a preference for familiarity with Cerner technology and certification from a recognized credentialing body. A deep understanding of regulatory accreditation, particularly with the Joint Commission, is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will exhibit competencies in emotional intelligence, team coaching and development, business acumen, and leadership, while demonstrating a strategic vision for healthcare, exceptional customer service, and the ability to drive results within a diverse community and staff environment.
