The position will design and produce plans for a group of clients and will ensure that the company's high standards are met, and clients are satisfied with our service.The person awarded this position will be responsible for the following---Strategic Work

• Complete projects to meet and exceed quarterly goals and metrics
• Recommend efficiencies in the production process to Director
• Keep weekly task lists for work to be accomplished
• Understand RCE Systems and ensure compliance
• Perform other related duties as assignedTactical Work
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate the preparation of documents or activities for multiple projects
• Routinely interact with clients, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors
• Create proposals
• Engage in subcontractor agreements
• Create project schedule with key permits and track status
• Communicate weekly with clients on progress
• Oversee progress of projectsThese responsibilities allow the job to have a combination of work inside the office and outside the office.The ideal candidate will have experience in---
• Land development
• Water and sewer projects
• Stormwater management
• Erosion control
• Parking lotsQualifications & Experience:
• Eight plus years' experience in engineering land development design (preferred)
• Proficient with AutoCAD (required); AutoCAD Civil 3D would be a plus (1 year preferred)
• Self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• United States Work Authorization (required)Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to travel to various project sites
• Must be able to access and navigate job sites and construction areas
