Reports To: -Jr -IT Project ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist with project documentation, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their project management skills in a dynamic IT environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including setting project timelines, defining deliverables, and tracking milestones.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and update project status reports.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and escalate them to the Senior IT Project Manager as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Support resource allocation and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Participate in project meetings, ensuring proper communication across teams.
• Assist in post-project reviews and the identification of process improvements.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT project management, coordination, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with IT infrastructure, software development, or cloud technologies.
    • Familiarity with risk management and project governance.
